So recently my life has been hectic, as in i've had stuff due everyday for classes, i can't remember the last time that happened to me. its been that bad, i was starting homework the day it was due, learning the hard way i should have started the night before, because i can't do it in a day.

Not exactly sure why, but I got sick. It could just be my yearly round of being sick, or getting sick from my roommate (more probable), so my throat hurts like crazy and I have this really bad stuffy nose... its not good. It doesn't help either that the weather is starting to get cold, and no it not just me and my trini self, other people are breaking out the jackets to :)

what was really kool, was my boss rick had to leave town yesterday for family matters, so I got to run the net tech meeting. I'm pretty sure I did everything that he did, after all I did go through the agenda list he emailed me. Somehow I had the meeting over and done with in about half hour, usually its a little over an hour... Interestingly enough, the president of the cycling club was also out of town, and another guy ran the meeting, which also finished in about half the usual time. So now I'm wondering why it is that meetings regularly take so long, either the new people just ain't good or the regular people are just better.

I've been collecting parts of the last few weeks to build a rack mount server, and then host it at a colocation center. I'm still waiting on a few more parts, but when its done, it should be sweet. A friend on the floor wants to learn linux, so I figured I'd install either kde or gnome for him, and let him have some fun, just so I know my parts are reliable :)
